Steve Hays
Steve Hays is a strategy execution consultant with more than 20 years of strategic change and organizational transformation experience. His focus includes leading large change programs at the enterprise level, program management, culture integrations, change strategies and the prioritization of change activities, establishing and operationalizing change networks, and building change capability.
Steve has led and participated in organizational transformations for industry-leading companies across North and South America and Europe, including Abbott, Boeing, Chevron, Compassion International, DuPont, Energizer, Genentech, Halliburton, Highmark, JD Edwards, Lowe’s, Merck, Motiva, Nationwide, Nortel, PAREXEL, PNC, SunTrust, United Concordia Dental, US Naval Supply Systems Command, US Pharmacopeia, USAA, and Wells Fargo. He has consistently built a reputation as a pragmatist, helping organizations execute major change and ensuring the realization of intended benefits. He is collaborative in his approach and confident in his role as an influencer, leaving the decision making to his clients.
Steve was an executive at both Accenture and Deloitte, as well as a Principal with Conner Partners.
Steve holds an MBA from the Manderson Graduate School of Business at The University of Alabama and a bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Baylor University. Steve lives with his family on the South Carolina coast
